Booking & Payment
A deposit equivalent to the cost of one night’s stay for each room booked is required to secure reservation. For bookings of more than  seven days , the deposit will be the cost of two night’s stay for each room booked.
The deposit payment can be made by bank transfer , cheque or credit card – please make cheques payable to Mr A Gavin and Mrs C Fox and send to Prestoller House, Beavor Lane, Axminster EX13 5EQ. Settlement of the final invoice can be made by either payment method on the day of arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made by email at least 7 days  prior to 16.00hrs on your planned arrival date to receive a full refund of your deposit (minus a £20 admin fee). In the event of you cancelling a booking, we will send a confirmation email to you. If you cancel your booking within 7 days prior to 16.00hrs a charge equivalent to the total booking price will be levied and no refund will be made. This may be reduced if we can subsequently re-let the room or rooms booked. You may wish to arrange cancellation insurance to protect you against possible loss.

Check-in
Our standard check-in times are between 1600hrs and 1800hrs. If you wish to arrive before 16.00hrs, we will do our best to arrange a check-in or hold your luggage until your room is ready. Please advise your approximate check-in time. If you expect to arrive after 18.00hrs, then please let us know. Check-out time is by 10.30hrs.

We carry out our housekeeping between 10.30am and 12pm each day and will require access to your room during this time.. If you are not planning on being out during these hours, please let us know.

During your stay – Our aim is to offer all our guests a relaxing and tranquil stay and we kindly ask guests to respect other guests’ quiet enjoyment and relaxation.

Liability – We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves.

Any item taken from the rooms without our consent will be charged for. Lost keys will incur a £50 charge.

Accidents happen – please let us know immediately of any damage or spillage so that we can attempt a speedy repair or clean. Spillages are more easily rectified the sooner they are dealt with. Any significant breakage or damage may result in a charge for replacement, repair or specialist cleaning. If the damage means the room cannot be made available in good time for the next arriving guests, you may also be liable for loss of income.

General
Prestoller House is a non-smoking establishment.
Children aged 16 and above are welcomed, but must be well behaved and under control of their parents.

We are unable to accommodate animals

We reserve the right to cancel a booking without liability on our part in the event of any circumstances beyond our control. In this unlikely event, we would of course inform you immediately and use our best efforts to find you alternative accommodation of commensurate standard
