Prestoller House bed and breakfast, awarded 4 diamonds by South West Tourism for Guest Accommodation, is situated within quiet secluded grounds with it's own private entrance and parking, close to Axminster town centre. The ground floor annexe is a spacious, studio-style guest suite suitable for two adults plus one child or baby.

Being our sole guests, in a totally separate suite you will have complete peace and quiet. The bed and breakfast accommodation has a double and a single bed and an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and toilet. The living area has a double futon/sofa, dining table and chairs and colour television. A small kitchenette area has a fridge, micowave and toaster (including full cutlery, china and glasses) etc. for your convenience.

Well-behaved small-medium dogs are welcome and a dog bed can be provided if required, as can dog walking, for a small fee, if you are visiting somewhere that dogs are not permitted. In the guest room you will find information about the Axminster area, with lovely walks and interesting places to visit including the nearby World Heritage Site, the Jurassic Coast and delightful National Trust woodlands.

Bed and breakfast tariff

The tariff is £55.00 per night based on two sharing including continential breakfast. Additional charge of £4.00 each, per cooked breakfast. Please enquire for child prices.
