Prestoller House bed and breakfast is a spacious, studio style, 'guest suite' in our independent ground floor annexe, situated in secluded grounds. It has its own private entrance and parking. Axminster Square & River Cottage Canteen are a 10+ minute walk into town. Lyme Regis and the Jurasic/World Heritage coastline are a 15+ minute drive. There are also delightful National Trust woodlands and walks nearby.

Being our sole guests, in a totally separate suite you will have complete peace and quiet. The bed and breakfast accommodation has a double and a single bed and an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and toilet. The living area has a settee and coffee table, freeview tv + dvd, radio/cd player. There is a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, cutlery, china, glasses, suitable for preparing light snacks. There is also a dining table and chairs.
